REC Watches Aircraft

REC's reclaimed aircraft watches, and home to its most remarkable materials. Part of the DNA line, each holds genuine salvaged metal from a historic aircraft. The best-known is the X4009, made from the aluminium of an actual 1940 Supermarine Spitfire (serial X4009), a WWII fighter, while the halo piece, the HABU, uses material from an SR-71 Blackbird spy plane. Each ships with the aircraft's history. Supply is finite and tied to a specific airframe, so these are limited and story-rich. For an aviation buff, there's nothing quite like wearing a piece of a Spitfire.
