Frederique Constant Horological Smartwatch

A discontinued first-generation hybrid, now largely superseded. FC launched the Swiss Horological Smartwatch in 2015, an analog watch with no screen that tracked your steps and sleep and showed progress toward a daily goal on a subdial, syncing to a phone app. It was built on a shared platform with sister brands. FC's newer Vitality has effectively replaced it, adding heart rate and a hidden display. A pioneering, of-its-era piece, but the Vitality is where the line lives now.
