Frederique Constant is a modern Swiss brand built on traditional watchmaking principles, founded in Geneva in 1988. The brand develops its own manufacture calibres in-house and has produced over 30 proprietary movements since introducing its first in 2004. The Highlife, revived from the brand’s 1999 original, is the collection that earned Frederique Constant its place in the integrated-bracelet conversation with an in-house automatic movement and COSC certification. The Classics collection covers dress watches from simple time-and-date to tourbillon complications. The Slimline handles ultra-thin designs. The brand’s Worldtimer complication, displaying all 24 time zones on the dial, has become a signature offering. Now part of Citizen Group alongside Alpina, Frederique Constant continues to operate its Geneva manufacture.
