The Vacheron Constantin Métiers d'Art Mécaniques Gravées, reference 1100A/000P-B026, is a distinctive timepiece released in 2015 as part of the esteemed Métiers d'Art collection. Crafted from 950 platinum, the watch features a 39 mm case with a concave bezel that enhances its elegant and slender profile. At its heart lies the hand-wound Caliber 4400, renowned for its meticulous hand engravings and comprised of 127 intricately decorated components. The movement's nearly three-day power reserve is a testament to both its technical prowess and artisanal craftsmanship. This model foregoes a traditional dial, allowing an unobstructed view of the exquisite engravings on the mainplate and bridges through its transparent caseback. White gold hands complement the slate grey minute circle, which is highlighted by Vacheron Constantin's signature Maltese cross motif in white gold. The sapphire crystal on both sides not only protects but also showcases the intricate floral engravings, which require over ten days of dedicated work to complete.
