The Patek Philippe Calatrava 5089 Lakeside Scenes model, reference number 5089G-018, was released in 2014 as part of the Calatrava collection. This limited edition watch draws inspiration from old postcards of Lake Geneva, featuring traditional barques on its dial. The intricate decoration on the dial required up to 166 pieces of wood and 45 incrustations of 15 to 30 different species of wood, all assembled on a plate of solid gold. The case material is White Gold with a diameter of 38.6 mm, housing the ultra-thin self-winding Caliber 240 movement. The sapphire-crystal caseback is protected by a hinged dust cover engraved with “PATEK PHILIPPE GENEVE 175e Anniversaire 1839-2014”, marking this timepiece as a limited edition release.
