The Omega Seamaster Olympic Official Timekeeper Limited Edition Set model 522.32.40.20.04.005 was released in 2018 as part of the Seamaster collection. The watch features a 39.5 mm stainless steel case with a transparent caseback, giving a glimpse of the inner workings. The design is inspired by the Rings of the Olympic Games and OMEGA’s timekeeping stopwatches from the past, with a white domed dial and easily readable railway minute track. The contrasting blackened hands and green pulse reader on the dial enable 20-second timing intervals of the wearer’s pulse. The caseback includes a green anodized aluminum ring with all host cities and dates from OMEGA’s Olympic Games journey, from Los Angeles 1932 up to Los Angeles 2028. Inside, the watch is powered by the Master Chronometer calibre 8806. This limited edition set includes five watches and has a special presentation box with a miniature last-lap bell, made in the same Swiss foundry where the real bells are traditionally crafted. Only 100 sets have been created, making this watch a rare and unique addition to any collection.
