The IWC Da Vinci Perpetual Calendar Rattrapante, reference IW925501, was released in 1995 as part of the distinguished Da Vinci collection. This model features a 39 mm case crafted from gold, complemented by a solid caseback. The watch incorporates a perpetual calendar and chronograph, along with a split-seconds (rattrapante) mechanism, which adds a tenth hand to the intricately designed dial. Its silver dial is encased in a diamond-set yellow gold case and is coupled with a matching yellow gold bracelet, emphasizing its luxurious appeal. The dial of this generation of Da Vinci watches could be found in various languages including German, Italian, English, or French. Notably, this model was available in either platinum or yellow gold, with some variations featuring diamond settings. In 2000, the series was succeeded by models such as the reference 3754 / 9272, which slightly increased the case diameter to 41.5 mm.
