Promesse was one of Audemars Piguet's classic ladies' collections, from the era before the brand refocused its women's offering around smaller Royal Oaks and Code 11.59. These are elegant, jewelry-forward dress watches, typically gem-set and made across yellow, white, and rose gold as well as steel, aimed at everyday luxury rather than complication or sport. It was the feminine, understated side of AP. The collection has since been discontinued, so you'll only find it pre-owned now.
