Cartier Clé de Cartier

A discontinued Cartier that never quite caught on, so it's a pre-owned buy now. The Cle de Cartier, launched in 2015, was built around one clever detail: a key-shaped ('cle') crown that sits flush in the case's curve and swivels out to wind and set. The case itself is smooth, ergonomic, and rounded. It came in steel and gold, quartz and automatic. Commercially it under-performed and was quietly phased out, which makes clean examples an interesting, affordable way into a mechanical Cartier.
