Breitling Super Avi

The Classic AVI is Breitling's mid-century military-aviation throwback, based on a big pilot's chronograph from the 1950s called the Co-Pilot. The look is deliberately old-school: oversized luminous numerals, a broad bezel, and a chunky case meant to be legible and operable in a cockpit, or at least to make you feel like you're in one. The modern collection nods to specific warbirds, with editions themed around aircraft like the Mosquito and the Curtiss Warhawk. It's more vintage-flavored and less slick than the Navitimer or Chronomat, aimed at people who like a pilot watch to look the part. It comes as a chronograph or a simpler three-hander. For anyone drawn to the romance of old aviation, this is the Breitling that fits.
